May 19th Prayer
Praise: “Who will not fear, O Lord, and glorify your name? For you alone are holy. All [Tunisian] nations will come and worship you, for your righteous acts have been revealed.” (Revelation 15:4)
Petition from a Tunisian Believer: My name is NM, and I’m from Nabeul. I began doubting Islam and became a Christian three months ago. Pray for me. I am struggling to forgive my brother because he violated me when I was younger. When I became a Christian, I chose to forgive my brother, but I find that I am still in deep pain.
Pray the Book of Acts: “And when he had said these things, he took bread, and giving thanks to God in the presence of all he broke it and began to eat.” (Acts 27:35) Lord, may believers in Tunisia exhibit such unshakeable confidence in Your Word and Your provision, that even in the scariest of circumstances they can still give thanks to You. We pray in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic that many will be drawn to Christ in Tunisia through believers’ firm faith in You.
Petition from a Tunisian Believer: My name is L, and I am from Tunis. My mother and I became Christians, but the rest of our family are still Muslims. Pray for my studies. Pray for my friends N, R, and H. I have begun talking with them about Jesus.
Praise the Name of God: We praise You, the Rock (Deuteronomy 32:4). Your work is perfect — a God of faithfulness and without iniquity!
